Whether it is legal requirements, those of your customers or your own demands on your product – simulating real-life or extreme conditions as well as systematically subjecting your products to loads and stresses gives you the certainty that they meet all requirements.

Our experienced staff test your products according to international standards even before they are being installed. You can choose whether we conduct these tests according to industry standards or according to your company's specifications. We would be pleased to develop a test program for you that is tailored to your individual needs.

Throughout their service life, products are exposed to different temperature cycles and have to function properly under different environmental conditions. We recreate real-life and extreme conditions so that you can be sure that your product will always work flawlessly.

Materials change their properties due to continuous loads. Damage such as fatigue fractures or hairline cracks often only become apparent after intensive use. Our shakers make this damage potential visible in advance.

The causes of mechanical shocks are very diverse, underestimated and occur in every product. At Treo, we can reproduce mechanical shock loads with various parameters for you.

Static accelerations occur for example on planes during takeoff and landing. Especially in the event of an emergency landing, all devices and components must remain in their installation location, and safety-relevant parts must function as planned.

Stress due to ambient pressure effects occurs in a wide variety of situations. We have developed a unique vacuum chamber for larger components and complex test setups, manufactured especially for us.

IP protection classes

The IP protection class code describes the protection of an enclosure against the penetration of foreign matter, contact with dangerous parts and intrusion of water.

IK protection classes

IK protection classes

The IK protection class characterizes the mechanical resistance of enclosures of electronic equipment against external shocks and impacts. During the tests, different test geometries with defined impact energies act on the test object.

We carry out various sound measurements for our customers. These can be both airborne noise measurements and structure-borne noise measurements.

Inclination tests are used when proof of the proper functioning of a device in various positions of operation has to be provided. Treo's environmental simulation laboratory is equipped with flexible test equipment so that both simple and complex test objects can be tested according to the standards.

As special tests we offer acoustic tests, for example, and can therefore handle complete test programs for you, for example for type tests according to IEC 60945.
