Industries
From rocket launch to diving, we recreate all conceivable situations. Every product is subjected to various loads and stresses during its service life, be it during transport, storage, assembly or normal operation.
In order to ensure that the product withstands these stresses, we carry out corresponding tests for you. This is the only way to avoid unpleasant surprises and unexpected costs ahead of time.
Treo tests according to industry-specific standards and individual customer specifications in the areas of environmental simulation, material testing, electrical safety and EMC. In this combination, Treo has unique testing and consulting competencies, which we place at the disposal of our customers for prequalification tests in the product development stages, special tests and complete tests of their devices.
Treo works with you to develop the optimal test method for every challenge. If required, we design individual test setups for you, carry out additional test methods or assist you with external tests. We attach great importance to a continuous evaluation of all test methods during the entire test phase and guarantee short-term availability of the test reports.

Aviation
We are your reliable partner and problem solver when it comes to high-quality testing services of aviation components.
Our test laboratories accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 are located in the Hamburg metropolitan area, one of the world’s most important regions in the civil aviation industry. Our long-standing customers in the area of aviation and aerospace are OEMs as well as 1st-tier and 2nd-tier suppliers.
Treo is also happy to support you in the preparation of documents, for example for the Qualification Test Procedure (QTP).
We offer tests and complete solutions from a single source – with the highest degree of confidentiality guaranteed.
Shipbuilding
Treo has many years of experience as a service provider in the areas of shipbuilding and maritime facilities. We work closely together with the classification societies in order to guarantee our customers the maximum degree of service and safety. Among our customers are shipyards as well as component and system suppliers.
The services by Treo are internationally accepted. In the scope accredited by the DAkkS, all tests required for the type approval of electrical equipment are included. This also applies to shipbuilding-specific procedures such as dynamic inclination (swell) or compass protection distance. That means that complete tests for type approval can be carried out by the various classification societies in their own laboratories from a single source.
Defense
In the defense sector, the standards for testing equipment and components are comparatively high.
In its accredited laboratories, Treo not only has very efficient test equipment in order to meet the technical requirements, but also offers many years of experience from various customer projects.
Rail
We are the partner of your choice when it comes to internationally accepted testing services of rail components.
Our laboratories, accredited according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025, have extensive experience in testing different equipment and components according to the common rail standards. Our long-standing customers in the railway industry include OEM and supplier as well as global market leaders.

In this combination, we have unique testing and consulting competencies, which we place at the disposal of our customers for tests in the product development stages, special tests and complete tests of their devices. With our laboratories, we cover all tests according to the most important test standards in the rail industry, thus offering the entire test program from a single source.
E-bikes, pedelecs and bicycles
With more and more cyclists switching to electrically assisted bikes, this is the perfect time for us to position ourselves in the bicycle industry as a test laboratory with a unique selling point – and provide development support for manufacturers of bicycles and components.
For example, for a well-known manufacturer of drive units for e-bikes we developed a test programm to pinpoint the weak points in their bicycle designs. Unlike conventional cycle test laboratories, we use real-life simulations.
