IK protection classes

The IK protection class characterizes the mechanical resistance of enclosures of electronic equipment against external shocks and impacts.

During the tests, different test geometries with defined impact energies act on the test object.

With the flexible test equipment in our laboratories, we can test objects of different sizes.

The standards and procedures in this area include the following:
