We have our own 3D-CAD workstation for developing special test setups, which are then built in our own workshop or through a network of flexible suppliers.
We already have a large pool of special sensors and measuring devices from various previous projects, which can be used for the instrumentation of the special test setups.

Flat screens and displays are more and more frequently used in a large variety of products and have to withstand a broad range of loads.
For example, in modern commercial aircraft, increasingly larger flat screens are being used that are subject to particularly high requirements. On the one hand, they must be able to withstand the extreme stresses and strains of flight operations, and on the other hand, they must not become a source of danger if they are damaged.
Treo has special test stands to perform the required tests for monitors in addition to our standard tests. This allows us to offer unique test options also beyond the aviation sector. We are here to support you with our experience.

- Mechanical endurance testing
Customer-specific test setups let you investigate specifically the effects of continuous mechanical loads.
We have a wide range of pneumatic, hydraulic and electromechanical components for setting up such test stands, which can also be combined with other test methods, such as climatic tests. We use these to test for example pull-out systems, hinges, plug connections, locking mechanisms and other types of control elements. We of course have the corresponding hardware and software for the measurement and control tasks involved.
