Treo trains new apprentices. Welcome Celina!

Businesses are urgently seeking staff. In Germany, there are 1.2 million positions that are currently unfilled, two thirds of which are due to a lack of skilled workers. Treo is taking action to address this situation – by training apprentices in our company.

Attack is the best defence. This piece of advice from the football pitch is Treo’s tool of the hour in the battle for the best talents on the labour market. In light of the growing shortage of good junior staff, we are taking action by training our own apprentices. Since 2016, youngsters embarking on a career have been able to train as office management assistants or do a combined vocational training and degree programme in mechatronics at the Hamburg and Neumünster sites. “Our training schemes have delivered excellent results”, says Treo’s Managing Director Thomas Kühl. “To date, all those who have completed an apprenticeship with us have subsequently been employed by the company.” The latest protagonist in this success story is Celina Vilas, who has just started her apprenticeship as an office management assistant in the Hamburg laboratory.

Welcome to the team!
